Yes — for new collaborations or larger projects, we sign an agreement or order specifying the scope of work, deadlines and payment terms.
This gives both parties full transparency about the schedule, number of views, revision rules and payment method.
For regular clients, approval of the offer by email is sufficient — it then serves as a service agreement.
Once the project is completed, you receive full rights to commercial use of all delivered visualizations and animations in your own channels — your website, e-commerce, print and social media.
We retain only the right to show excerpts of the project in the Pogotowie 3D portfolio (unless the agreement provides otherwise, for example under an NDA).
We do not sell or share your 3D models with third parties.
